Free community yoga day!! The first Saturday of each month is Free Community Yoga. Stop by for a free relaxing morning flow to start your weekend off right!
Enjoy the benefits of a rhythmic vinyasa flow with or without chaturangas. Classes vary from week to week and incorporate sequences for all levels. Props are encouraged and cued as needed..
Start your day off on the right foot with Yoga in the re/creation center, next door to re/creation cafe - The cafe opens at 9 am. Coffee and Pastries will be available for purchase in the cafe after Yoga has ended.
