Sunday Yoga Flow

Join us for a yoga flow on Sundays 6 pm at the re/creation center.

Enjoy the benefits of a rhythmic vinyasa flow. Classes vary from week to week and incorporate sequences for all levels. Props are encouraged and cued as needed..

Start your day off on the right foot with Yoga in the re/creation center, next door to re/creation cafe - The cafe opens at 9 am and closes at 3pm on Sundays.
