About the event
Join our Heal Los Angeles FREE community yoga and soundbath session led by Vanessa Blais and Eric Mellgren. During these uniquely challenging and stressful times, it is important that we come together as a community to begin the healing process. So treat yourself to this restorative yoga flow and relaxing soundbath at the re/creation center, next to re/creation cafe, and let's start the healing NOW!
Class starts promptly at 9 am with a 45 min rhythmic vinyasa yoga flow class, followed by a 45 min a deeply relaxing soundbath experience. Dress in comfortable clothing or activewear, and be sure to bring water and a towel. Bring your own mat or rent one of ours for $3. Join us afterwards at the cafe for food & refreshments.
