About the event

Join us Wednesday Evening, 01/25,  for an hour long all level Yin & Yang Yoga Flow, led by Giuliana, followed by a 30 minute healing Sound Bath, led by Inaj. 

Be sure to bring your yoga mat, and blanket (optional) for the Sound Bath. Yoga will start promptly at 7:30 pm.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start.
