About the event
Brady Mark Leffler (“Chef Leff”) comes with over 12 years in the fermentation industry, formerly head of product development and R&D at GT’s Living Foods (Synergy Kombucha, ALIVE, etc.), and currently works with Better Booch (LA), The Apiary (Mead, Cider, Jun) and Three Spirit (UK NA Spirit).
