Candlelight Yoga
Join us for an hour long Candlelight Yoga class, led by Amy Victoria. This easy Vinyasa flow will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged. This class is a combination of breath work, flowing movement, and deep stretching.

About the event
Join us for an hour long Candlelight Yoga class, led by Amy Victoria. Amy was introduced to yoga to help with body alignment after being diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age. In 2013, she received her certification and began teaching Vinyasa flow, Yoga Sculpt, and stretching. Her love of the practice, and the healing she has found in her body have lent to the passion she has of sharing her knowledge and practice with others for their own individual growth and healing.
This easy Vinyasa flow will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged. This class is a combination of breath work, flowing movement, and deep stretching.
Be sure to bring your yoga mat. Candlelight Yoga will start promptly at 8 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start.
